Description
Wine made from Grechetto (50%) and Trebbiano Toscano (50%) grapes harvested in mid-September and lightly pressed immediately after harvest. The wine is fermented in concrete vats, where it is also refined for about 6 months. It has a straw-yellow colour and greenish reflections, with perfume of white flowers and tastes pleasantly fruity. Excellent for aperitifs, appetizers, fish, soups, fresh cheese.
