Description
The wine is made exclusively from Sangiovese grapes harvested in the second half of September and ferments for 15 days in concrete vats. After fermentation, it is further refined for about 1 year in concrete vats.
It has a ruby colour, medium body and structure, with notes of red fruits and a light tannin that is pleasant on the palate. It is a wine for all meals, suitable for several combinations, including first courses, cold cuts, white meat (chicken, turkey, …), cheese (medium-matured cheese). Wine with short maturation.
